One of Ballarat’s biggest drawcard events is returning to its traditional home for the first time in more than five years.
The dance and calisthenics competitions of the Royal South Street Eisteddfod will draw thousands of competitors to the historic stage of Her Majesty’s Theatre over the coming months.
“For the dance and calisthenics disciplines, it is this stage and theatre they come to perform on. It’s extremely important for those disciplines to be at Her Majesty’s Theatre,” said Royal South Street Society chief executive Judy-Ann Quilliam.
