2024 is such a special year for Calisthenics at RSSS as we celebrate 100 years of Graceful Solo, one of Australia’s most prestigious calisthenics solo events….and it all started right here at the Royal South Street Society Ballarat Eisteddfod. To celebrate, we share this lovely interview with the forever graceful…Julie Fox…past competitor, winner of the Graceful Girl Solo in 1964, coach, adjudicator, calisthenics icon, supporter.
