15-year-old Elena started dancing in a toddler ballet class at 18 months. Currently a year 10 student at Loreto College, she learns ballet in Ballarat with the fabulous teachers at the Kerry Moore School of Ballet. She has recently started working on the Advanced 2 syllabus. On Saturday mornings she attends an external ballet class at the Victorian College of the Arts Secondary School. Elena loves the genres of classical, modern, contemporary, jazz and tap. Elena has been a Cecchetti Scholar for the past 4 years. In addition to ballet, Lainie loves to run and is pursuing her bronze medallion in Surf Lifesaving.
